1 Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing at least 30 days' written notice via email to info@urbandigitalstudio.com or through your account dashboard (if applicable).
- After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscribed services until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be incurred after the cancellation takes effect.
2 Refunds
- We generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees or one-time purchases. All sales are final.
- Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of technical issues directly caused by our services that cannot be resolved promptly.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the charge date.
3 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

4 Service Interruptions and Downtime
- We are not liable for service interruptions, downtime, or failures caused by factors outside our control, including third-party software or internet connectivity issues.
